RETURN POLICY

In order to return a product, you must receive prior authorization and documentation from D&D Global before sending the product back.  We are unable to accept packages without prior authorization and the correct documentation.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) may be received by logging into your B2B account, clicking the “Request Return” link and following the prompts provided.  Additionally, an RMA may be received by contacting D&D Global via email at sales@ddglobal.com or by calling 877-784-9267.

To receive an RMA, please provide your purchase order number and product number.  Returns are accepted on new and unused products within one year from date of purchase.  All standard belts are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all banded and timing belts are subject to a 30% restocking fee.  Restocking fees will be waived if the product is defective or you received the incorrect product due to a shipping error.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return unless the product is being returned under a warranty claim or due to a shipping error.

All refunds are processed as an account credit.  A credit will be applied to your account after the product has been received and inspected to ensure that it meets the following criteria:

  • The returned product is accompanied by the RMA number.
  • The returned product is in a new and unused condition. We are unable to accept damaged, used or previously installed products.
  • The returned product is currently sold by D&D Global. We are unable to accept inactive or discontinued products.

Any return that does not meet these requirements will be disposed of or sent back to the customer at their expense.

Returns will be issued a credit to be used toward future purchase.
