Paid Time Off

Each employee is granted paid time off depending on their length of time with the company.

Paid Holidays

Each employee gets 8.5 days of paid holidays each year. This includes the day after Thanksgiving and a half day for Christmas Eve.

Health Insurance

D&D covers 90% of an employee's monthly health insurance premium (any dependents are 100% the employees’ cost).

Health Savings Account

A Health Savings Account is available only for employees on our medical insurance. D&D will match $25 per pay period of the employee’s contribution. 

Retirement Plan

Employees may contribute to a retirement plan. D&D will match 3% of the employee’s contribution.

Monthly Meal

Each employee is treated to a monthly appreciation meal.

$10,000 Life Insurance

D&D pays for a $10,000 life insurance policy for each employee.

Short-Term Disability

D&D pays for a Short Term Disability policy for each employee.

Long-Term Disability

Each employee has an option to purchase Long-Term Disability Insurance.

Vision Insurance

Each employee has an option to purchase Vision Insurance.

Dental Insurance

Each employee has an option to purchase Dental Insurance.

Life Insurance

Critical Illness Insurance

Each employee has an option to purchase Critical Illness Insurance.

Accident Insurance

Each employee has an option to purchase Accident Insurance.

Hospitalization Insurance

Each employee has an option to purchase Hospitalization Insurance.
